@JohnFromGWN so i solved the problem for me. as long as she wasn't added in the ini by myself there was no way to spawn her. believe it or not one simple step solved it.
@llamaxus make sure to add an entry in the trainer.ini. once you've added manually this entry you should be able to find her in added peds menu or to spawn her. hope it was helpful to you.
