    Hey guys, I already figured out how to fix it.
    You only need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015–2022 Redistributable (x64) - version 14.42.34438 (I’m using 64-bit).
    If you have other versions installed, uninstall them first and then install this one.
    I’m using EVE 0.4.4 and it works for me.
    If you want to try a newer version of EVE, you might need to find the Microsoft Visual version that’s compatible with it. maybe it gonna be work.
