Does anyone know when this gets an update?

the mod used to work but when i tried reinstalling it again the mod vehicles, liveries and the police outfits only get downloaded, when i get stars there are no cops spawning in

@ImCody its working but its from 2016 so the cars look out of place compared to the cars driving around in the city

very good mod but is there a way to change the ambient lighting?
