A permanent fix is on the way for the next update of the mod. Very soon.
Meanwhile you guys can use this temporary fix,
In OpenIV go to
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NEXGEN_advancedstreetlights\dlc.rpf\x64\streetlights.rpf\
and delete all files starting with "apa_" and "hei_"
You are amazing Elivia. Really thanks a lot for exactly pointing out the files causing the issue.
So the ymap files start with "apa_lod..." and "hei_lod..." come from mpapartment and mpheist respectively. These lod light ymaps control the far distant lights in some areas of the map.
While we can mod these ymaps into respective dlc folders, that method would increase the size of the mods folder by a bit. So I have added them to a single DLC and upon testing it worked. But If people are having an issue due to this, I will be happy to change the folder structure and add these ymaps to their respective directories in the next update. Once again thank you so much.

@gtavjamal Thats a good idea. As we are also not far away from christmas, will try to make some special editions soon

@Alex01 Yes we can have variety/multicolor lights based on map areas. Will add them in future updates. Thanks for the suggestion.
