duhh just realized that i havent uploaded the vehicles.meta yet which means my sentence with the Baller1 doesnt make any sense as of now :D but it works great except for the car itself tipping over sometimes (which means i have to set the car mass centre a bit downwards)
@Meerk4t : Thanks mate! Im not actually sure if its going to work Online i havent tried that yet (because of fear of getting banned since its not bypassable) , but from what i noticed is that it doesnt disturb Singleplayer Campaign because the Mission Cars have their own Custom Trigger for Speed & Handling
I plan on releasing the Full Mod in about 2 to max. 4 Weeks depends on how much time i have :)
And yes im already working on making the Suspension more Realistic it'll probably involve modding the vehicles.meta too since Rockstar conveniently put the Cars Suspensions in separate Handling Classes (they called it Swankness it goes on a scale from 1 to 5 where 1 would be a Crap Suspension) in Version 0.2 i've already begun working on that with Baller1 (Range Rover) which has a NineF Suspension for Testing
@whitehot1 Thank you ! :) Im working on that , since its annoying me too especially with the regular Blazer Quadbike , i want to try to get it "Backflippable" I just have to work out how to Hybridize/Merge the PCJ Handling with the Quadbike Handling and how to Set Turbulence for each plane (f.i Double Decker should have more Turbulence than a Jet Plane etc.)

@Nazhul : As of now it is only 18 Vehicles that i have adjusted but i am going to adjust every Vehicle / Plane's Handling in the Upcoming Versions of this Mod :)

@shivachaaa you dont necessarily have to rebuild the archive for a replaced .meta file as far as i know (atleast i didnt do that and it works fine) Which Version do you have? I Have Version 1.352.2 Oh and have you Backupped your Handling.meta before installing the Mod? If u need a vanilla one i can upload it @tall70 is right thats what i meant to say but my english isnt that good im from germany :)
@kaido111 thanks for mentioning yes its still alpha but in the update i already fixed suspension , steering lock and weight to be more appropriate to real conditions with tuning applied
@shivachaaa : download XML Notepad and copy the Text Content of the handling.meta into handling tables.txt and rename that .txt to .xml and you can load it up in XML Notepad and in there you can then set the "Mass" and "Drive Inertia" aswell as the "Drive Force" and "DriveMaxFlatVel" (means Maximum Flatout Velocity or V-Max) yeah and then copy the text content after editing back into your handling.meta , replace it with openiv and you're done :)
As of Progress i managed to adjust for instance "Biff" Handling according to Realistic Values so that it behaves more like a 20 ton Truck rather than a 9 ton Transporter lol
@Madalert : Fixed the typo :D Thanks man ! Will upload the v0.2 of it this evening , with more cars with updated handling (sports , supersports and average cars)
