i keep getting this ScriptHookV error whenever i get in a vehicle:

idk what to do i try older versions but the same thing happens
where is suit.ini file ??
installed everything as instructed and mansion doesnt show up? some npcs spawn in the scenario area but there is no mansion, props, collision, anything
