Directions: Take Joshua Road north from Sandy Shores. It will be on the right, Just past the green Grapeseed/Route 13 Sign. There is a billboard on the left of a mountain.
@ToflixGamer I was having the same problem as you. No cop cars showing up. I recently reinstalled windows and had not yet installed .NET Framework 4.5. Try installing that and see if the scripts work.
