Some vehicle sirens especially one used by SAHP has presistant red light on the emergency light when sirens are in use. Is that a graphic error or it meant to be like that ?

how to fix crash caused by the gameconfig ? It says that I need to increase an unknown pool size (current is 1000). When I changed every pool that has 1000 value... it crashes and gives me the same message. Little help ??
