Yes every other mod works fine. I used this mod a couple of months ago and it also worked just fine, then I had to reinstall GTA. Now it's not working :/
It looks like the default textures overlap with the mod. Also, the files from the mod are bigger than the ones I see in OpenIV. It doesn't show any errors or something like that when I drag&drop the files, I really don't know where the mistake could be.
I don't know why, but somehow it does not work. The tats do not show up, no matter if I swap the model via simple trainer or use the director mode.
The Spawner Menu does not work for me somehow. I have installed all the requirements, set the key to F10 but it does not appear ingame. Same goes with the default F8 key.

I'd really love to use this mod but I'm still waiting for an update.
Somehow he still does kick the dead pedestrians instead of stabbing them.
