hey guys new too modding i have script hook but can someone give me a srep by step tutorial on how to download and use this mods thanks.

so im a complete idiot when it comes to files can someone explain to me if theres any way to get script hook and use it? if there is a way pleasse explain like youre talking to a 3 year old
