@Aurora11 download this mod once again and copy the game config from the 2nd.file in the mod and test your game. Use mods folder instead of your real game file because in real game file game config automatically changes its values due to the graphics settings you have in your game. Mod link:

@Aurora11 I've tried increasing it a lot but my game couldn't take the load so it crash after opening. And then I run it on my settings it runs I don't why it isn't working for you

@Aurora11 first of all make a backup of your real game config and then change these values of your real game config:

<AmbientPedsMultiplier value="500"/>

<MaxTotalPeds_Base value="75"/>

<MaxTotalPeds value="200"/>

<PedMemoryMultiplier value="500"/>

<PedsForVehicles_Base value="75"/>

<PedsForVehicles value="75"/>

Then rename your mod folder to any other name like modse.

@Gabriyl sorry but this mod only works with latest version otherwise your game will crash.
