Carbine mk2 is not included correctly and still uses the original effects
I used the add file of SANG OCP, but I found that it only changed the soldiers who went out to fight, while other soldiers in the base, including military police, were still using the original uniforms. Can anyone tell me how to change them?

Is there a way to replace the Meriwether mercenaries in the story missions with the heavily armed versions that appear when getting the four-star wanted in the port?

To be precise, the coast guard's desire to attack is very low. Unless I collide with one of their boats, they rarely shoot me.
Merryweather soldiers will attack me after I install the files in the fix, but the police in the port area are included in the generation process, and the Coast Guard units will still not shoot at me after reaching 5 stars.
I just found out that the Meriwether soldiers in the harbor won't attack me after installing this mod
