Sorry, but this ain't it. It looks like you missed a lot of steps when making this engine sound, which requires some "coding" and it's why this sounds like a jet engine with a supercharger.

Not entirely sure what the author was thinking when writing the instructions but I'm currently trying to find everything and write instructions myself... trust me the supermod_garage.int is super messy...
This is as far as I've managed to get.
GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mplowrider/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_citye/scentral_01/sc1_02.rpf (Replace "lr_sc1_02_storge.ydr" with the new one provided.) <- Grab a copy of the mplowrider folder from the game's original files.
GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mplowrider/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_citye/scentral_01/scentral.rpf (Replace "lr_sc1_02_slod1_children.ytd" with the new one provided)
I'll keep updating this as I'm trying to find every single file and location...
Next time, make proper .rpf files that you can replace the original ones with instead of having everything tossed left and right into random folders making it difficult for the ones downloading your stuff lol
