Not sure if its isolated to me, but whenever i am braking, it starts to stutter/lag a bit, its easily noticeable, and is not happening with any other mods.
Hello, to spawn you must do it like this his instructions are wrong.
in DLCLIST File call it <Item>dlcpacks:\sp\</Item>
in the dlcpacks folder, call it SP, in game spawn with SP.
