Can you create a GTA V map based on a real route in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand, India)?

Route:
Tinplate Circle → Golmuri → Kalimati Road → Straight Mile Road → Sakchi → Bistupur → P&M Hi-Tech City Centre Mall.

I am a big fan of and your mods.
I wanted to ask if it is possible to create a GTA V map of Jamshedpur (Jharkhand, India).
Main route idea: Bajrang Chowk → Mercy Golchakkar → Baridih Golchakkar → Tinplate → Golmuri → Kashidih → Sakchi → Bistupur → P&M Hi-Tech City Centre Mall.
If possible, it would be amazing to see this city in GTA V.
