For gta V:
GTAV/mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicule.rpf
Many modifications will arrive like police texture ! ( Follow me on my discord: https://discord.gg/h64QxYm)
For Fivem put sheriff in ressource and put: start sheriff in your config.cfg

It's your first car and that's ok
but as always, slapping a lightbar in the roof of a regular car doesn't make it a police car
You should have finished the entire model before releasing anything, this way all you gonna get are bad reviews and maybe insults
