Your game must be updated to AT LEAST The Cayo Perico Heist Update (mpheist4) for this mod to work correctly.
1. Put the "mmtclean" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Add this line -> dlcpacks:\mmtcleanl\ to the dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)
