Install :
1.OpenIV
2.Go to OpenIV and press Edit mode
3.Download the car from HarvinoiiD :

5.We move on the following folders : dlcpacks>gtr50,por718gt4,roma20>dlc.rpf>common>data> and replace handling.meta
