@HeckCrow civilian looking car with very simple emergency lightning (a few lights under the windshield). No pushbar, no partition between front and rear rows of seats, no searchlights, no mobile data terminal, no police wheels. They should look like a detective car because FBI agents are basically detectives and other forensicists and they need cars to just get from point A to point B, they don't need all that police equipment. This car looks like an unmarked state police or sheriff car.

@FlyingFlag bro the FBI cars vary from place and field office and state, they use police and civilian versions but they vary with the bureau's work they can have a lot of lights or have almost none and besides that the FIB vehicles of the ag mods are not supposed to be totally like the ones in real life but with the universe of the game
