This is a simple sound mod for the Lexus LFA by 'mrfive' (https://goo.gl/WKTPLX). This script makes the model that the LFA replaces (the Grotti Cheetah) use the sound from the Progen T20. In my opinion, this sound fits the car much better, and it sounds closer to the real thing.
How to Install:
Replace the vehicles.meta file inside update.rpf located at "update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta"

@sdfgsdfgzd I sadly don't know how to model (for now, at least). so I'm afraid I can't take your request.
@AdrianX While this may not sound exactly like the real car, it is by far the most accurate sound that the game has for this vehicle.
Ok do any of these work on xbox just wondering
@nathanialadkins I'm afraid not. While OpenIV does support Xbox 360, you are only able to do simple things such as mod your save-file. There is curently nothing for Xbox One as far as I know.
