Place handling.meta in - Update/x64/dlcpacks/mpluxe2/dlc.rpf/common/data.
This is a tweaked handling for the Pagani Zonda Tricolore 2010 from the author Game68240. This is a very fast handling. So please be careful while driving around (Max Velocity: 433km/h)

Bro handeling ID for that mod is TRICOLORE and you have a bunch of handeling options with are absolute trash except one called t20, is that the intended one?
