1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to GTAV/x64w.rpf/dlcpacks/mpbusiness2/dlc.rpf/common/data
3. Extract handling.meta from this zip to a folder and make sure to have a backup.
4. Make sure to enable edit mode.
5. Right click on handling.meta and replace it with my handling.
6. Enjoy! :D

@BlockLogic This handling.meta is modified and not original/stock. "Can you increase the turning performance in the high-speed range?" - The car may oversteer. Better use the brakes before turning.
