As i got my first bicycle in gta 5 i was disappointed as hell. It was slow as fuck, so i made this tweak. This is not for realism, at least not in my opinion more for the fun.
Increases speed for all* bicycles by maybe 2x

As i got my first bicycle in gta 5 i was disappointed as hell. It was slow as fuck, so i made this tweak. This is not for realism, at least not in my opinion more for the fun.
Increases speed for all* bicycles by maybe 2x
