Installation:
1. copy tech2 folder to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV go to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line
dlcpacks:/tech2/
Features:
-4 seats
-Some parts from the rusty rebel
-Deleted turret
-Can drive on water
-Better handling
-Better engine sound
Bugs:
-No water splashing sound

This is my first time creating mods so is kind of scuffed, the car doesn't make water splashing sounds, I don't know how to add them so if you know please let me know in the comments thanks!.

You should rename this to the Rebel Aqua! Also water splashing sounds are caused from the car bouncing up and down on waves like a boat. I'm not sure if the regular Technical Aqua does that, if it does, you could maybe just use the scripting it uses for when it's on water.
You cant get back in if you exit on the Water , its an Endless Loop ,
