The vanilla APC has been declared too dangerous. Because of this, the weapons had to get removed resulting in this unarmed version of the APC.
Installation instructions:

I'm sorry to say this, but unfortunately I have ran into an issue with the addon version which cannot be fixed.
I had managed to fix the problem of the game crashing whenever I spawned it in, however, right now whenever I exit the APC, it will lose collision and the player model will fall through it. When this happens, the player is unable to move until the APC is deleted. Teleporting away from the APC did not help.
I have asked for support in the gta5-mods Discord server and it seems that it is not possible to have a fully functional addon version of the APC. Example of player being stuck: https://i.imgur.com/p9Ui6rs.png
If you would still like to have the addon version, I can upload it to the site, but I won't make it the main file because of this bug.

@FoxyFox6576 @MarineMan2016 @Xx WolfRam xX I am trying to create an addon version, however, there are some difficulties. Right now, the addon version does spawn, but it crashes the game whenever I try to enter. When I have fixed this issue, I will release the addon version.

@TimeTimes need more of these as unarmed versions.. can you unarrm that dune vehicle from gunrunning and take the 50 cal off?
@Quakex64 Wouldn't that result in just having the regular dune?

@TimeTimes Well... that's really unfortunate.... you can leave it there and maybe someone will fix it. I dont know anything about modding so i cant really help, sorry :(
