Boat House III [ymap][Map Builder]creat by me.
Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GTA5 main folder in your mods folder
Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
and OpenIV
and MENYOO
and VERY IMPORTANT
Map Builder 4.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder)
Custom Props Add-On [BETA 3] (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop)
VERY IMPORTANT!!!
HOW TO INSTAL:
A]For the Boat house MENYOO [xml file]
Copy:
Boat House III South sea.xml
Boat House III north lake.xml
of my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
Now launch in GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles",
and load:
Boat House III South sea.xml
Or,
Boat House III north lake.xml
(You will be teleported on the Boat House location of you choise ) :)
B] For Drive the Boat House
1] With MENYOO:
Object spooner
Edit Multiple Entities
Select Entities
Select All, without ( remorqueur and, prop air stair 02) two last file of the list.
Back
Attach To Something
Select : Remorqueur
2]For the boat
Right click on "Remorqueur" with the mouse in game and select in the menu"Dynamic"
Then Manual Placement just move up, or down with Z, one time.
It's done!
You can drive where you like, with your new Boat House.
Have fun

i love your creationsss could you by any chance build a small house in paleto bay?
@JoyLucien you need to be sure when you attach all to check "keep object position" in menyoo before attach entities. Without remorquer

@JoyLucien yes the first is for attach all prop on the Remorqueur and the second is for put the Remorqueur in dynamic, for drive the house + boat

@zamalone Do you happen to know if it is compatible with 1.17 version of Map builder? I can't workout how much need to buy the most recent version but I brought a version of it September 2021 but had to cancel my subscription as I thought the delux version I got would have been enough to keep me going but I'm not sure.
