This is an impound lot on the Joshua Road fork area.
Features:-Small guard tower, you may get up on the rear of the building.
-Openable guard gate
-Barbed fencing to get rid of intruders (goes all around the compund)
-Speed humps to caution others to slow in the impound zone
Installation Instructions: Drop the "SandyImpound.xml" file into your gta5 directory. Use the map editor to load it.

Feel free to add stuff to it, remove stuff in it, whatever you feel! Just be sure to give credit! Feel free to use it in FiveM, but give credit if anyone asks who made it.

It's a minor error, nothing to big, but the file is called "SandyImpound.xml" even though this is "Joshua Road Impound" as shown by the title, dont worry, you're not downloading something wrong. :D

Was made for my server, This map is great! So much time and effort was put into it!

@divine_intervals would you be able to tell me why its reading unvalid on the xml to ymap converter? i need to make it a ymap to use it on fivem and im getting a error on the converter.
@DefaultUser I have no clue why it would do that. It only does that whenever there are peds and cars added, but I don't have any of those.
im not sure but i would like to use this but it looks like i cant. Sad. maybe try to download converter yourself and see if it works for you? ive had peds added before and never had this issue, thanks for quik reply

@DefaultUser Strange. Ive redownloaded the file and it worked for me. Are you sure you have put the ".xml" file into your GTA5 directory and load it from there?
