You just need Open IV, a mods folder, and thats all.
This mod just changes how much damage a normal punch does, normally it would do 20-50 damage, and with the mod it will only do 1 damage point. So this changes killing someone in 2 hits it will take around 10-20 hits to kill.
INSTALLATION
Using Open IV, navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V> mods > update > update.rpf > common > data > action, replace damages.meta
Dont use this mod if you changed pedhealth.meta, unless you want it to take hundreds of hits to kill someone
