DESCRIPTION
My first mod on the site - I've basically made it so that there's a lot more blood whenever you shoot peds. Also, it now soaks their clothes. No, sorry - drenches would probably be a better term to use.

INSTALLATION
Drag and drop peddamagedecals.ytd into x64a --> textures. Don't forget to back up your files!
