Hi bro, will this mod help me for a memory crash I have when loading my map with menyoo with multiple peds and cars?

I tried putting the gameconfig.xml in both mods/update and default update folder, doesn't seem to work with game version 1868 single player/online 1.50? keep getting either black screen and ctd with out of memory warning.
Currently trying 11 add on peds and 1 add on vehicle.

Tested with only 3 add on peds and nothing else, vanilla gameconfig as of May 6 works, the file in 1861.1 -> Add-On Cars 2x Peds folder gives game memory error.
