- Make your server feel like Sydney with a Welcome to Sydney Billboard as you driving into the city from Los Santos Freeway.

- Open OpenIV and enable Edit mode.
- Navigate to: \x64p.rpf\levels\gta5\_hills\cityhills_03\ch3_rd2b.rpf\
- Drag and drop both files into folder.
- Have Fun!!
