Go to mods->x64.rpf->levels->gta5->vehicles.rpf and replace the ambulance files with the ones provided in this download.

How do you get the coronas to be that realistic??? It is beautiful. One of the main reasons for why I do not use els other than siren control, is that my coronas are all washed out once I move like 5 meters from the vehicle.
