this replaces one of the shirts (not t-shirts) for franklin and turns it completely green (except for the t-shirt beneath that stays white) and is designed for Families cosplay or if you kinda stick around with them anyway like me and want to wear green like them.

PS. the gang members in the background are from the Gangs of Los Santos mod, and this is my first mod so leave feedback.
