Ok I'm an idiot yeah, yeah. But why can't I find it? The closest I got is this texture oddly stretched over bare skin. I know I must be missing a clothing mod or something. Is it another mod?

ok so im new to open iv and i did as instructed to installed dis on gta 5 pc but it not showing full hoody all it shows is tank top with the words of hoody on it is there another mod need or did i do something wrong plz help as i really wanted to try the hoody out on the game
