This mod brings some fixes and some enhancements for a few of the vanilla ped models:
s_m_y_cop_01:
miscellaneous fixes:
a_f_y_fitness_02: a .ymt update so the accs0/media player+earbuds doesn't spawn in along with the sweater uppr
a_f_o_soucent_02: a .ymt fix for an issue where a prop/hat was spawning in sometimes over the hair003/cap combo
a_m_y_stwhi_01: a .ymt fix for an issue where a prop/hat was spawning in sometimes with the hairs

To install the updated dlc version just copy the ffpedfix folder in the archive to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks, and add <Item>dlcpacks:/ffpedfix/</Item> to the \mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
The included popgrpadd.oiv can add the spawning locations for the g_f_y_families_01, g_f_y_ballas_01, a_m_m_salton_03, a_m_m_salton_04, and u_f_y_jewelass_01 peds automatically to the popgroups.ymt file through OpenIV, if they haven't been added already.
Or, to add them manually: in mods\update\update.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\popgroups.ymt -

If your peds.ymt hasn't been edited/decrypted before, you can open the file in OpenIV, then in top right click Export and then click Export plain text. Then you can replace the .ymt in OpenIV with the exported peds.txt file and edit the file through OpenIV without it crashing.

- changed the 'lat' part of the model to a 2nd 'bla', to get around the random voice issue (since there is no voice pack for the lat version)
- added a vest and corresponding utility belt
- made the wristwatch optional
- badge now uses the silver & gold texture
- modified the badge for the hat, and it now shows CITY OF LOS SANTOS and some of the city seal
- the nameplate will now show a few names for each of the whi/bla/lat models
- some minor model refinements
- added a version of the vest & utility belt that was done for the male model
- made the textures for the female clothes a closer match to the male counterparts
- made the wristwatch/bracelet optional, and also added a digital watch to the props
- added versions of the reflective glasses and glasses on forehead from the s_m_y_cop_01 props

- swapped the face part of the head0 normal map with the correct one from a_f_y_fitness_01

The included popgrpadd.oiv can add the spawning locations for the g_f_y_families_01, g_f_y_ballas_01, a_m_m_salton_03, a_m_m_salton_04, and u_f_y_jewelass_01 peds automatically to the popgroups.ymt file through OpenIV, if they haven't been added already.

The peds.ymt file (located here: \mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\peds.ymt) has to be edited for a few of the models.
If your peds.ymt hasn't been edited/decrypted before, you can open the file in OpenIV, then in top right click Export and then click Export plain text. Then you can replace the .ymt in OpenIV with the exported peds.txt file and edit the file through OpenIV without it crashing.
For ig_karen_daniels/ig_michelle - to add the props, and to add the Karen voice:

This Mod is awesome. Good job and big thanks for the Fixes R* cant and wont do.
Maybe edit/format the Installation instructions or rearrange the files so its easier to install.
Game crashes on load with edits made in peds.ymt. Without peds.ymt loads just fine. Any ideas?
@-EcLiPsE- Yep, added that fix along with a refinement for the model.
Noticed there is a bug with the Meta Toolkit when editing certain peds like this one that have heels, in that it resets a certain setting when it converts the ymt file. Had to switch over to YMTEditor (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/ymteditor ) to properly modify it without issue.
@ALEXSYS The ydd, ymt, and ytd files would have to be edited, making the whi and bla parts separate for each head (like I had done for the a_f_y_bevhills_01 model, so that it shares the one a_f_y_bevhills_01_white voice). The ambient ped voice files are located in the S_FULL and S_MINI rpfs in the GTAV\x64\audio\sfx\ folder.
@frdfare I still wanna do the replace method, and a_f_y_hipster_04 is in both mppatchesng and x64v, were should I put em?
@ultimo Not sure what would cause it to crash on load, you could try only doing the edits for the ig_michelle, u_f_y_jewelass_01, and u_f_y_mistress peds and see if those work.

@frdfare thanks! peds.meta is alternative peds.ymt I assume? if so am i correct that I should deleted most <children> under <multiTxdRelationships>? also on the same file is a_f_y_vinewood_05, this model doesn't exist, is this for a future update?
@anon23623 The peds.meta would be used if there were any add-on peds included. No plans on including any just yet, but I left the a_f_y_vinewood_05 and the other settings there just as a placeholder for now, so that file isn't needed.
@frdfare Oh yeah, now i thinks, i know how correctly names some "PedVoiceGroup" to get some voice that i need, but i still haves a problem, for exemple, if i want getting some concretely voice of these 4 voices: g_f_y_vagos_01_latino_mini_01, g_f_y_vagos_01_latino_mini_02, g_f_y_vagos_01_latino_mini_03, and g_f_y_vagos_01_latino_mini_04... this is a real problem for me, cause to get an concretely voice of concretely file, i need to... if i want a concretely voice from this file: g_f_y_vagos_01_latino_mini_01, i need to named a "PedVoiceGroup" like that - G_F_Y_VAGOS_01_LATINO_PVG, but this doesn't means, that if i call my "PedVoiceGroup" G_F_Y_VAGOS_01_LATINO_PVG i get the voice from concretely g_f_y_vagos_01_latino_mini_01, if i names this "PedVoiceGroup" like that, i can every time randomly get any of these 4 types of voice, so... i'll tried to entering full name of the .awc file that i need in the "PedVoiceGroup", but in this situation my ped just doesn't talk at all, so please tell me something, that can helps me in my situation. Also, i hope you make an fixes for more peds someday😊 Thanks👍
@ALEXSYS It can't be done with the PedVoiceGroup. It would have to be with a script, using something like AUDIO::SET_AMBIENT_VOICE_NAME(v_18, "G_F_Y_Vagos_01_LATINO_MINI_02"), but I don't know enough about scripting to tell you more.
@frdfare Getting data corruption in pedfixes_p.rpf and pedfixes_streamed.rpf when I'm trying to open them through OIV.

@Rizencraft It's strange, cause i have no problems with these .rpf archives after install. Try to restart your OpenIV.
Which software you used to modify the peds?
Could there be a fix for a_m_y_runner_01 ped? The 000 body clips on the shorts which was the 001 legs and if it's possible if he can wear shoes or be barefoot
@frdfare A fix you should do is fixing the "a_f_y_eastsa_02" glasses, as on both glasses, one side is properly tinted and other side has no tint at all.
A bunch of NPCs have this issue, now that I think about it.
what does it mean dlc version?
I want to add props for ig_michelle, but i have 2 peds.ymt. One is in V/mods/update/update.rpf, the other is in V/update/update.rpf. And i have replaced both with peds.txt, and changed <PropsName>null</PropsName> to <PropsName>IG_Michelle_p</PropsName>. But it still not works.
