@HeySlickThatsMe really like it! thanks for sharing.
just had a little bug, when u zoom out the character wheel shows up
this is really nice
everything feels like it was in the original game already really well done!

@oscillian search for <FlashFxScale value= in the metafile of the weapon u want to change.
the effect will only show if the normal install method is used and u can change <FlashFxScale value= without loosing the effect.
dont change muz_xm_revolver! it tells the game to use this effect. i made some ypt.xml edits to this effect to achieve the lightning effect and different muzzle core texture
@bob230203 i didnt touched firerates but i changed the sound of the assault rifle to a better one imo
if u want to change it look at the previous comments
@M70ZasGTA you need to use the normal install method to make all effects work in R*-Editor
The Game unloads every weapon ptfx in R-Editor that only got added for online weapons
in the normal install method i turned one of those effects into a ptfx that gets loaded with singleplayer so it fully works in R-Editor
u can edit core.ypt with codewalkers export to xml
take the textures from blood and decals diversity and copy it to the exported folder from my core.ypt
re-import the core.ypt.xml
this way u get the textures from both mods and dont loose the particle effects from my mod
@-Sonic_Boom- thats the case with every blood mod...
they are using the same files. if u only using the auto installer they are not compatible
but if u manual install it and get a understanding how things work u can make them compatible very easy.
it just needs a more experience, so stop using auto installers and take a look into the files
