INSTALLATION
uppr_diff_004_b_uni.ytd goes into \mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one

The image has been imported using OpenIV using the BC7 pixel format type. I was getting banding on the image using other formats - if you make your own texture mods that might be helpful info!
