After seeing ENT in serious need of an update (and with the other ENT members not having the time anymore to update ENT) I've taken on the role of keeping ENT as up to date as I can.
I've been releasing updates on GTAForums for a while now, but due to multiple requests - I'm going to put the changes here as well as in the ENT thread on GTAForums
This is built on Enhanced Native Trainer update 28 (so your previous database file and config will work with this).
Notable features include:
- Skin customiser
- Vehicle customiser
- Weapon customiser
- Organised & extra vehicles
- Organised & extra teleport locations
- Ability to save vehicles & skins
- Many additional general options
- Saves/restores settings across multiple uses
- Controller support
For installation details and keys/controls, and what's new in each release, please read the document in the ZIP.
This will tell you, for example, that by default, game controls are disabled whilst in the menu, but that you can turn this off in Miscellaneous > Trainer Options. See, useful.
You can redefine the keys using the supplied XML, which should be placed in the game directory.
Known Issues:
- Reshade 1.1 will crash your game if you run ENT alongside it. I'm told Redux works fine however. It's way above my head, so not something I can fix.
- When loading ENT, unplug any controller and let your game load before plugging it back in. Not doing this will result in your game crashing during loading, or an infinite loading screen!
I've included the original thread as I (and others) still use it to test builds and give feedback on them.
If any of the other ENT team members want me to rename my updated fork of ENT (to prevent issues with the names and anything I may add which they may not want in ENT), please PM me and I'll change it.

Enhanced Native Trainer: Update 57.1
Thanks to @Slash_Alex and to @sjaak327 for the help with the mansion props:
Added:
* Added a "Load Houses In The Hills Automatically" option
Fixed:
* Fixed a bug in the 'Load Extra Map Stuff Automatically' option
* Fixed a bug in the 'Load Cayo Perico Island Automatically' option
* Fixed all missing vehicles previews
Known Bugs:-
* Some of the weapon tints (namely MK1 tints) use the incorrect name in ENT. This is a side effect of using the in-game names.
This mod needs updates man. Some props are invisible and not loading. I have only this mod
Is there any fix for invisible props in Michael's house with Online map enabled?
@Zemanez hey, are the new vehicles from A Safehouse in the Hills already added? if i search for the name for example, Übermacht Sentinel XS4 the XS4 cannot be found did rockstar blocked something? Legacy only of course as the titel said.
Nice trainer but somehow , the car blips / car save doesnt work for me. everything is enabled but it wont work

The trainer won't be adapted for the Enhanced version of the game, right? Before deleting Legacy, I didn't think to somehow save/note all the cars I tuned, but I won't download 125 GB again. I can only open the ent.db file and read the names, but I named many of them differently, so I don't know where which car is.
There's NO readme file at all. Im not risking by putting in somewhere by myself.

making bodyguards unarmed then spawning a ped or bodyguard crashes the game

@jeffuzz they where mp2025_02, patch2025_02, patch2025_02_g9ec and mp2025_02_g9ec. You'll want to put them in dlcpacks and add the folder names to dlclists.
i keep gettin a scritp hook v error crashing EnhancedNativeTrainer.asi', id 4 (Exeption addr 0x0000000000000 last called native 0x0000000000000.) fresh gta 5 install same thing happens

This trainer is so good. But i feel upset it didnt work in GTA V enhanced
possible to change the keys when scrolling or selecting keys cuz i dont have a numpad key
@ascended2zero Yes, if you go into the ENT Folder and find the .xml, you can change the keys and cross reference with this page: cherrytree.at/misc/vk.htm
Same can be applied to Simple Trainer but it's a little trickier because you have to use the numbers instead of VK_######
