A fully standalone plugin for GTA V that fixes and improves various things in the game, without ever needing to wait for a ScriptHookV update.
Each option can be turned on or off in the .ini file, note that only some of them are enabled by default.
Current feature list:
- Make reflections reflect the world exactly as it appears, including high quality models and dynamic objects such as street lights, but not vehicles or peds (WIP)
- Extend the amount of modkit IDs for cars from 1024 to 32767
- Reduce the threshold velocity below which physics objects can "go to sleep" at, this means vehicles stop in a more realistic way and no longer freeze early
- Fix the crash when switching to a sniper rifle while aiming with your fists out in 2545
- Skip loading dlclist.xml, for people who don't care about DLC and just want fast loading times (up to 2x faster)
- Randomize the order in which carvariations entries are picked for each car spawn
- Remove the draw distance from static vehicle shadows
- Remove checks against manually stepping through & pausing threads
- Enable spawning of any object, including map objects

The color variation is a godsend to me. So sick of seeing every car in the 1st or 2nd color and nothing else.
10-15fps drop on using it:(
Great mod but as others stated I get drastic FPS drops sometimes around 10-15 no idea why this occurs but this needs to be found and solved

Further, issues found some modkits refuse to work with this script installed no idea as to why this is happening
Wait, does this enable more variation in traffic spawning colors? Or just spawning colors from a trainer?

Tbh its a game changer, even NVE hasn't managed to implement the additional reflections and such( correct me if im wrong, its been a while since ive used NVE), additionally the extra modkits option helps too if you've got a lot of car mods and whatnot, only issue is, reflections become low Q and polygonal if you gat a certain distance from the object, changing draw distance in settings doesn't change this, other than that exceptional mod. In regards to the FPS drop, its there, but its not massive, i game on a fairly average laptop (1660ti, ryzen 7 3750h, 24 gigs of RAM), usually i sit at 70 fps, using this mod it goes down to anywhere between 55-65. All in all really great mod as it add something a lot of players have always wanted in this game, and if the author adds vehicle and ped reflections, that'd be pretty neat.

How to deal with the same modkit? Did we just put the patch and change it on carcols.meta or we put the patch and just play the game?
not working, no refllections
Essential script but sadly conflicts (‘NoPhysicsSleep’ function) with ‘StopThePed’… hopefully you’ll look into this.
All your mods are essential thank you so much it reduced the loading time and become just like GTA IV loading time
Not necessarily an issue with the mod itself, but skipping dlclist is not a good idea. Too many random things break, such as animations, and the entirety of Returning Player Bonus stuff. Excluding specific DLCs (such as the very earliest ones) would be much more stable.
Also, the changes to reflections don't seem apparent even if staring straight at them, except for much more unloading of the LOD "world"... Still, it's a sweet plugin.
Hey, could it be possible to add the feature, that vehicles get always loaded with all Lod‘s around you? This is VERY needed if you heavily modded your game, that would be a very huge improvement
Great mod! One suggestion if I may: enable all headlight shadows. Now only the players car has headlight shadows, not NPC's or empty cars. VisualV has a mod for that but its a little buggy.

is there any way the reflections could be manipulated directly from game files? that would make it able to run along with fivem as well
