@JordanGames699 Ok weird, delete your scripts folder and reinstall just scripthook.net, scripthookV, JobsV and also install LUA.Plugin maybe this helps : https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/lua-plugin-for-script-hook-v
After that launch your game as administrator (i don't know if it helps but I always do it)

@JordanGames699 What is the real problem does the fame even load or does it crash while playing or is it just the mode that doesn't load or crashes ingame ? I'm really trying to help you :D

@JordanGames699 Btw I'm no expert in modding or solving problems with mods, if it doesn't work just uninstall and install them again, that's what I do, if I have a problem with a mod, but here are plenty people who can help you here ^_^ (make sure you have scripthook.net in your gta folder)

Just download the mod, read the instructions and everything should work fine. If you would need an extra mod to open interiors he would've written it in the description here. ;)

This is awesome, finally someone makes police bike mods and this one is really nice love it !
