Go to - Mods > x64v > models > cdimages > streamedpeds-players > player-one( Franklin = Recommend)
Here replace the File, using edit mode. Now you said the file is installed. Then double tap on the file, a window will pop up showing the Graphic's 3D model. There will be details. Read the name of the file used for Texture, that would be on the Bottom right. Now find this file in the folder.. and replace it using Edit Mode. Open the file, then select replace, again bottom right side. There select my .PNG.... Very easy.

Okay Listen People. This is what you have to do.
Open the OpenIV, then go to your Mods folder (recommended). Then to x64v > models > cdimages > streamedpeds-players > player-one. Now here read carefully. You can replace it with any hairstyles. But Find hair_diff_000_uni (recommended) and you'll have to select Edit Mode. Then double click on hair_diff_000_uni. A window will show you the Image of the Hairstyle. With many options you'll find "Replace" on the Bottom right. Press Replace & then select my .PNG ! That's it. And Save it..
In Game you'll find this Hairstyle in Bob Mulét.

The thing is.. It fits him Improperly. Trevor's Torso on Franklin. You understood me ? Compare it to other Franklin's outfits.
