@toyota12345 I'm glad to hear it! It makes me happy to see someone who actually wants to polish their mods and not just leave it unfinished.
I'll be keeping up with your updates and will try to give some constructive feedback.
Could you please add an option for minimal animations? I like the mod a lot, but the animations take me out of it, if you hack using a 1 handed weapon it glitches.
I read the comments, so two of my observations are already covered: In 21:9 ultra wide the site shows the borders of the screen and the camera actually moves when you move the cursor, so if you are not able to black out the borders, just impeding the camera movement would be good. The price is now shown as it is in the warehouse mod, it just says you don't have enough money to buy the business.
When you steal supplies the enemies aggro you from a distance, they shoot you from far away, is this intentional? Did they see me? Can i get closer before they notice me?
A funny thing was when i bought supplies i shot the flare just by the labs door and alerted the police, guess ill think about what im doing next time and go to a more isolated place :)
It would be nice to change the color of the blip to black and white or being able to choose between orange, green and blue so each character can own their own, also being able to make the blip visible only when close, but these are just minor nitpicks, thanks anyway.

In the mission Mr. Richards you kill Rocco with one punch and the mission fails, melee damage is way too high, people can get shot but die when i rob their cars and throw them on the ground. This mission trigger seems to be different from Complications, where even if the punch would kill Simeon it does't fail because he died.
@PungHuvud You installed it on mods folder and the actual game directory, mods don't install themselves, if there were a problem, it was with OpenIV.
@InfamousSabre With Damage Engine, if using the default 100 multiplier you get stuck, since the guard doesn't die in the first shot and the mission fails.
You must know that in the game intro you need at least 120 damage multiplier for Trevor's headshot to kill the bank guard holding Micheal.
