@Bryanttck123 write to RG Support because I don't know how It is possible the RG Laucher doesn't update the game and it's not in the list of installed games.

@Bryanttck123 Try to delete RG Launcher and install it again with scanning for supported installs ho I wrote.

Settings -> Scan PC for supported installs -> Scan Now... wait

click SETTINGS (right part GAMES STORE SETTINGS)
click Grand Theft Auto V (left part My installed games)
You'll see "Enable automatic updates", "Language", "Enable cloud saves", "View save files" etc.

@Bryanttck123 launch RG laucher. It check game version and update automatically (downloads files with Internet).
Turn on automatic update if it needs. Select Settings in RG lancher, select GTA V and turn on "Enable automatic updates"

@Bryanttck123 check game version, GTA5.exe is 1.0.2372.0 (you can see also build 2372 online 1.57 on black loading screen). Usually RG Laucher updates the game automatically.

@Dragonxx10 Files don't change. The folder has 3 files: "ent_customization.ini", "ENT_vehicle_previews.ytd" and "ent-config.xml", sorting by name. But If you launch the game the ENT makes log file (ent - log.txt) - 4th file in the folder.
Saved vehilcles and other changes are written in "ent.db" file (...\AppData\Roaming\GTAV Enhanced Native Trainer)
