okay I found a fix , after installing the OIV files make sure you re install F7YO's gameconfiga and it will work as intended
Can confirm its broken for the current version of GTA (Criminal Entreprise) , it will just crash on launch , even before actually loading in the game
@peadar dont give a one star review if you are too stupid to install correctly
is there are way to teleport inside the locations ? would be interesting to have it
@Anton_DGCYT I found out that having many mods such as other map expentions broke the map , so i deleted everything else and re installed mods after making the map work

@OdinPagan no you need to use map editor and enable "AutoLoad Maps" feature for this kind of stuff to work but its pretty easy

i saw a version of this mod on a FiveM server with the feature the change the steering angle lock . ANd ive been using this for so long on singleplayer but i really wish this feature was also added to this version of Vstancer . Thank youuu
