@VeerTheG Do you have any vehicle persistance scripts installed? Thats when I usually get tha loading screen issue
Confirmed: Script still works.
Recommended Troubleshooting:
Rename the current scripts folder to "_Scripts"
Create a new empty scripts folder and place only "LS Life" in it
Run the game. If it works you have conflicting scripts.

Install path: GTAV/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpexecutive/dlc.rpf/x64/audio/sfx/dlc_exec1 and delete the windsor2.awc file. After that just drag the .oac in there.
