Are you on Enhanced? You'll need DirectStorageFix.

3.0.1 fixes the menu issue, and also fixes the crash on opening.

For Enhanced, an Early Access release is available from my Patreon. It'll become public in a month.

Note: No idea what happened with the time, I intended to have had released this much earlier. Probably hung up on trying to figure out DLC vehicle spawning for Enhanced and got stuck with other responsibilities; I'm freeing up some time to work on more V things in the coming time.

Yes this is explicitly to get the script running in Enhanced.

Read my comment above - the thing that allows DLC vehicles to exist in SP doesn't work in Enhanced. Use Simple Trainer by sjaak327 to enable this.
