how do i spawn the latest cars from the chop shop dlc? can this trainer do that?

When I enter the addon spawner and try to spawn the new vehicles from the latest update it says "the DLCLIST.XML and/or game files do not contain the san andreas mercenaries content game verion" help!

I seem to to be having the same problem with the game crashing. It would load and about 1 minute into loading it crashes. Anyone find a solution??
is there anyway to uninstall this? i downloaded it and my game crashes everytime in the loading screen.
im assuming by all the comments regarding the game crashing while loading in, no ones found a way to uninstall it? Or at least fix it?
