I still have the same restrictions after installing the mod. Does anyone know if an update broke it?

This is a fantastic add-on and has worked great for me in the past. However, after the recent Cayo Perico update my game continues to crash with this mod installed. When I remove this add-on from the mods folder, the game works fine. Can anyone else confirm whether the Cayo Perico update breaks the add-on, or am I doing something wrong?
