Installation:
1. Add the following line to your "dlclist.xml" (located in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data"):
dlcpacks:/drafterintcept/
2. Go to (mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks and drag the entire folder "drafterintcept" in there.
3. Go to (mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpvinewood/dlc.rpf/x64/audio and paste the included sound file "dlcvinewood_game.dat151.rel" in there
If you don't have the "mpvinewood" folder in the mods folder, please copy it into the mods folder with OpenIV
Everything should be installed now.
Launch GTA5 and spawn the car with a trainer or whatsoever.
Vehicle spawn names:
pdrafter (LSPD Drafter Livery with LS logo)
pdrafter2 (LSPD Drafter Livery with POLICE sign)

Hey man :D Thanks for this mod! This looks great for my mid-level police (3-star and 4-star wanted levels).
Maybe this is bit harsh, considered this is your first work (I respect that) , i found several issues from your car:
1. Why separated the sound file from dlc.rpf? I don't mind with this but what @sas994 said that is to make easier as us (users) to just put into dlcpacks there and edit dlclist.
2. The emergency 911 logo on back of the car is too small. I don't mind as well, but there are lot of space from that car that you can put it. Maybe you can enlarge it with medium size (not too big).
These are my suggestions but considered this is your first mod, i appreciated it regardless the issues
Two questions though:
1. Are you going to add more police cars and/or other vehicles? (Is that Schlagen GT police car on screenshot? Did you created that? If so, when are you going to release that?)
2. Are you gonna create just vanilla edit cars or create both vanilla edit and real cars?
I'm just curious what plans will you take after releasing this car.

@BlueJay18 Mods if you still need help with getting an independent dat151.rel file to hold the siren/radio entries without replacing an existing dat151.rel from the source, I can lend a hand. I'd prefer talking in Discord as opposed to here, though.
