if this doesnt work try to find the traction of all the vehicles in handling.dat and change the traction to 0 (i think)

and if you could make a vision where only air vehicles and motorcycles are not affected that would be awsome

Would you be able to add an activate key? Preferable something like F5 or something, and that we can change that? Just so I can run it along side other mods without having to use a separate mod file for it so it doesn't fuck up my game all the time while im doing something else when its turned on.
